Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an IT Automation & Platform Engineer to transform the internal IT stack into a scalable, automated platform. You will architect, build, and operate a business systems ecosystem connecting Salesforce, HubSpot, billing, HR, collaboration tools, and engineering software.

The role emphasizes API-driven integrations, self-service workflows, and AI-powered automation across AWS/GCP environments with a strong focus on security,Zero Trust, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT/Platform engineering with automation ownership
• Strong programming in Python/Go/Bash for production-grade automation
• Hands-on AWS and GCP experience (VPC, IAM, EC2, S3)
• API/integration engineering with REST/GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks
• Experience with macOS/Linux, SSO/SAML/SCIM provisioning, Zero Trust
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and remote/global teams
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR security/compliance frameworks

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate the internal business systems ecosystem across SaaS platforms and cloud infrastructure
• Design reliable end-to-end workflows and data synchronization between systems
• Build automation tooling, internal services, dashboards, bots, and ChatOps integrations
• Develop API-driven integrations using REST/GraphQL, OAuth, and SDKs
• Automate CRM, billing, entitlement provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and access management
• Implement AI-assisted automation and AI-powered workflows for internal ops
• Maintain security, compliance, and audit readiness across platforms
• Apply reliability engineering with SLIs/SLOs to internal IT services
