Job summary

DooH Solutions & Services in the Netherlands specializes in digital signage. We support clients by ensuring their digital assets run smoothly and remotely resolve issues.

You will communicate with field engineers, handle tickets, and document all actions in our ticketing system. We offer 32–40 hours per week in an informal environment, with a market-based salary and additional benefits including travel reimbursements and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• MBO level 3 IT education or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Windows and IP networks.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support daily digital assets for clients and remotely resolve malfunctions.
• Coordinate with field engineers to assist remotely.
• Handle incoming emails and phone calls and create tickets.
• Configure equipment and set up VPN tunnels for field work.
• Document activities in the ticketing system.
