Qualifications

• Commercial experience is a plus, but not required (sales, account management, or business development).
• Experience with digital solutions is a plus, but not required (IT, AV, SaaS, or similar industries).
• Experience in a multinational environment is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for new customers.
• Sell solutions via phone, online meetings, and email.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales for proposal creation.
• Support field sales and contribute to commercial success.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and prevent churn.
• Coordinate with local teams and groups on customer needs.
