Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Urban Planning, Geography/GIS, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of related experience in data center market intelligence, site selection, real estate research, energy or infrastructure analysis, or a comparable analytical role.
• Demonstrated experience building or maintaining a governed dataset — schema, source discipline, and refresh cadence.
• Working command of the power, interconnection, and real estate fundamentals that drive data center siting.

Responsibilities

• Market Monitoring & Intelligence Database: Run weekly market monitoring and curate the database at market and site level.
• Site Screening & GIS Analytics: Deliver first-pass site screens and use GIS analytics to rank candidate sites.
• Market Profiles & Competitive Tracking: Produce market profiles and track supply, absorption, pricing, and terms.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Support: Keep records current and provide outputs for leadership across functions.
