Allegis Group is seeking a highly organized professional to coordinate and execute activities across multiple locations during a period of growth. You will serve as a key point of contact for on-site planning, communication, and alignment to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across several locations to support concurrent project delivery.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify potential challenges, and support issue resolution.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of IT and network infrastructure projects from planning through handover.
• Drive safe execution of all activities, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Act as the primary stakeholder manager across Operations, Networking, Engineering, landlords, vendors, and construction partners.
• Manage deployment schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and milestones to achieve on-time delivery.
• Lead escalations and issue resolution while maintaining accountability for project outcomes.
• Ensure operational readiness and successful handover of new infrastructure into production environments.
• Manage network capacity planning including space, power, cooling, and resource reservations.
• Own cross-connect lifecycle management, carrier coordination, and connectivity readiness activities.
• Maintain datacenter planning data within Facility Planner and related systems.
• Coordinate IT power maintenance activities to protect workloads and SLA compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks before they impact service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and improving processes, tooling.
• Ensure audit readiness, documentation accuracy, and governance compliance.

• Demonstrate strong technical understanding of datacenter networking, critical infrastructure dependencies, and deployment methodologies.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal partners while influencing outcomes without direct authority.
