Job summary

Masimo in the Netherlands is seeking a Clinical Field Engineer for Hospital Automation to support the Benelux region. You will combine clinical and technical expertise to drive pre-sales activities, customer engagements and project delivery across Acute and Alternate Care environments.

You will partner with Sales, Project Management and Service teams to demonstrate Masimo solutions, lead connectivity projects, and advocate for customers while gathering regional feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare sciences, IT, or biomed.
• Experience in informatics: networks, databases, or cloud.
• Sales or pre-sales experience in healthcare/med tech.
• Knowledge of interoperability standards (IHE, HL7).
• Fluent Dutch and proficient English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to develop the funnel of opportunities and revenues for Hospital Automation in the Benelux region.
• Conduct product demonstrations for clinical, technical and management audiences.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Delivery and Service teams on connectivity projects.
• Act as customer advocate for Automation Solutions and collect regional insights.
• Engage with third-party HIS/EMR companies to enable new projects and participate in events.
