Job summary

Masimo is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support Masimo products and maintain relationships with clinicians across the Netherlands. The role reports to the Clinical Specialist Manager for Benelux and Nordics and sits in the Sales team, with remote work covering the North Netherlands region.

The ideal candidate has medical training, fluent Dutch, strong English, and excellent clinical product knowledge. Travel about 60% of the time and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Support Masimo products and maintain customer relationships with clinicians and key stakeholders
• Accompany applications in field and support with sales staff
• Provide training to clinical and nursing staff in Masimo training centers or in hospitals
• Present products in workshops, trade fairs, and congresses
• Document and relay customer feedback in the CRM system

The Clinical Specialist is responsible for supporting Masimo Products and maintaining customer relationships with a variety of clinicians and other key stakeholders.

This position reports to the Clinical Specialist Manager for Benelux and Nordics and is part of the Sales team located in Netherlands and working remotely to cover North Netherlands region.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Accompany applications (trial order of measurement parameters and products) in the field of non-invasive patient monitoring at the customer's site
• Development and implementation of individual overall solutions for the customer together with the sales staff and subsequent continued support
• Training of clinical and nursing staff in the company's own training center or in hospitals
• Product presentation in workshops, at trade fairs and congresses
• Documentation and forwarding of customer feedback in the CRM system

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma with subsequent medical training, e.g. as a cardio technician, nurse with specialized further training
• Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of English
• Excellent, product-related medical expertise as well as knowledge of hospital processes

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time, with overnight stays as required, within the assigned territory.
• Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

• High degree of self-organization to plan, prioritize and implement necessary actions are essential to achieve goals.
