Job summary

Masimo is seeking a Clinical Field Engineer for Hospital Automation to support growth across the Benelux region. You will blend clinical expertise with IT knowledge to assist pre‑sales, engage customers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on automation projects.

You’ll demonstrate Masimo solutions to diverse audiences and help implement, connect, and maintain systems in healthcare environments. Travel across Benelux is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English required.
• Experience in informatics (networks, databases, cloud) preferred.
• Sales or pre-sales experience in healthcare or medical tech favored.

Responsibilities

• Develop the sales funnel for Hospital Automation in Benelux: lead gen, qualification, proposals, tenders, deal support.
• Deliver product demos to clinical, technical and management audiences.
• Collaborate with PM, Delivery and Service teams on connectivity projects and deployments.
• Advocate for customers, feeding clinical and product feedback to Masimo teams.
• Coordinate with third-party HIS/EMR partners and represent Masimo at events.
