Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Competitive & Market Researcher based in the Netherlands to strengthen market intelligence and support strategic decisions in a fast-growing tech environment. You will investigate competitors, analyze digital marketing strategies, and uncover opportunities across multiple markets in a fully remote setting.

You will use CI and traffic analysis tools to reveal how competitors attract audiences, evaluate funnels, and identify growth prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience with competitive intelligence tools and platforms.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and online acquisition.
• Ability to analyze traffic sources (paid, organic, referral, affiliate).
• Experience identifying and comparing marketing funnels and conversion processes.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets to organize large datasets.
• Knowledge or experience with cloaking techniques in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for patterns and insights.
• Excellent attention to detail when working with fragmented information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive competitor research using CI and traffic analysis tools.
• Analyze markets to identify major players and entrants.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor positioning and tactics.
• Investigate traffic acquisition sources and channels.
• Assess traffic channels' structure and importance for strategies.
• Identify funnels and conversion pathways used by competitors.
• Research related domains and digital infrastructure of competitors.
• Compare marketing funnels and acquisition approaches across competitors.
• Collect, organize, structure, and visualize large CI datasets.
• Prepare analytical reports with actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Continuously monitor competitor activity to support business decisions.
