Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, set clear expectations, provide regular updates and manage timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including third parties, to plan resources and review progress.
• Liaise with clients to ensure outputs meet marketing objectives.
• Foresee and resolve delays or issues; advise on improvements.
• Lead daily reviews and document status updates.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and reporting.
• Develop and support budgeting processes and monitor KPIs.
