Job summary

BridgeBio Inc. is seeking a remote Commercialization Project Manager based in the Netherlands to drive product commercialization within Supply Chain.

You will be the primary link between Packaging and Regulatory, owning Change Control strategy and supporting Variation Management across the portfolio. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 10+ years in Life Sciences Supply Chain/PM, with strong cross-functional communication, GMP/GDP knowledge, and proficiency in Smartsheet/MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Supply Chain / Logistics / Project Management or Business Administration
• 10+ years of Supply Chain / Project Management experience, including Life Sciences with commercial products
• Experience with Change and variation management processes in a regulated environment
• Experience across multiple markets/jurisdictions (EU, LACAN, MENA & APAC) is a must
• Experience supporting product launches & Life Cycle Management activities
• Experience coordinating artwork/labeling processes and regulatory submission cycles is preferred
• Strong GMP/GDP knowledge and pharmaceutical industry best practices
• Familiarity with QMS and regulatory information management systems
• Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project)
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and timelines

Responsibilities

• Initiate, assess, and manage change controls related to commercialization activities
• Coordinate cross-functional impact assessments with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Packaging/Artwork and others
• Track change control progress and escalate risks/delays
• Ensure change controls are documented per GxP and documentation practices
• Support creation and improvement of the product Variation Management process
• Coordinate post-approval variations (CMC/Labeling) and align with stakeholders
• Maintain variation trackers and ensure traceability between variations, change controls, manufacturing and artwork
• Ensure Regulatory, Change Control and artwork timelines are synchronized
• Develop and maintain Commercial Supply Chain project plans, timelines and risk logs
• Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and drive actions to closure
• Provide status reporting to Supply Chain Leadership and stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned
