Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Generative AI Designer based in the Netherlands to create photorealistic visuals using cutting-edge AI tools. The role blends creative design, image production, prompt engineering, and lightweight automation, with a focus on consistent quality across large asset volumes.

You will collaborate with creative teams to align visuals with brand objectives and establish practical AI-assisted production standards.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency with AI-powered image and video generation platforms.
• Advanced photo editing and retouching using Photoshop or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of lighting, shadows, textures, composition, and visual realism.
• Familiarity with image detection technologies for AI-generated content.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, generative AI workflows, and AI model limitations.
• Ability to combine creative judgment with technical experimentation and high-volume production requirements.
• Experience with lightweight coding for creative automation is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate high volumes of photorealistic images and videos using generative AI platforms.
• Manually refine, retouch, and enhance AI-generated assets to achieve professional realism.
• Create simple scripts and automations to streamline batch image generation and processing.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop visuals aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
• Ensure consistent visual quality, realism, and style across assets.
• Monitor developments in AI image generation and emerging creative workflows.
• Develop and maintain internal guidelines for AI-assisted production standards.
