Lever, Inc. is seeking a Funnel Strategist & Copywriter for a fully remote, full-time role in the Netherlands.

You will own both funnel strategy and execution, researching audiences, shaping messaging, and building campaigns across landing pages, emails, ads, and sales assets. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, creative, paid media, and customer success teams, using performance data to optimize copy and journeys.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of conversion-focused copy experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal English (C2).
• Portfolio with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and persuasion.
• Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
• Strong research habits to extract insights.

Responsibilities

• Research ideal customer profiles and market messaging.
• Develop full-funnel strategies including landing pages and emails.
• Write persuasive copy for landing pages, emails, ads, case studies.
• Determine what to build and how it moves prospects through the funnel.
• Review funnel performance and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with paid media, creative, sales, and success teams.
• Contribute new campaign ideas and strategic discussions.
• Use insights to refine copy, offers, and funnel journeys.
• Present and defend recommendations with openness to feedback.
