Job summary

Jobgether, in collaboration with a partner company, seeks a Full Stack Engineer – AI Systems to build production-ready AI applications that transform how people manage emails, calendars, notes, and tasks. You will work at the intersection of full-stack engineering and AI, delivering proactive, intuitive user experiences.

You will own end-to-end features, design agent workflows, integrate LLMs, and ensure low latency real-time experiences while maintaining reliability and scalability in a remote,

Qualifications

• Full-stack experience with modern frameworks (Next.js, Python, Node.js).
• Hands-on AI engineering, building AI-powered apps and LLM integrations.
• Solid API design, system architecture, and database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL).
• DevOps experience with containerization and cloud pipelines (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, international team.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI integrations.
• Design intelligent agent workflows for multi-step planning and task execution.
• Integrate AI tech: LLMs, memory, RAG, and external APIs for context-aware UX.
• Develop real-time user experiences with streaming and low latency.
• Improve observability, error handling, and recovery strategies.
• Analyze user feedback and telemetry to reduce model hallucinations.
• Collaborate with ML and backend teams on scalable architectures.
• Own features from concept to production and ongoing optimization.
• Champion user-centric engineering for reliable AI features.
