Job summary

Dash0 is hiring an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor to our largest customers and prospects. You will design, demonstrate, and validate Dash0's observability capabilities in real-world environments.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver POCs, write demos, and translate complex requirements into scalable Dash0 solutions. This role blends pre- and post-sales work in a fast-growing, OpenTelemetry-driven company.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and observability pipelines.
• Hands-on instrumentation and telemetry data ingestion.
• Strong DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering understanding.
• Excellent ability to translate customer needs into scalable Dash0 implementations.
• Experience delivering technical demos and POCs.
• Collaborative across Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry and Kubernetes.
• Lead Proofs of Concept to illustrate Dash0's capabilities.
• Deliver technical demos for engineers and executives.
• Guide observability discussions with large customers.
• Work with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide architectural guidance for telemetry modeling and collector design.
• Create reusable demos and reference architectures.
• Share technical insights to influence the product roadmap.
