Dash0 is hiring a Commercial Solutions Engineer to bridge product and customer outcomes. You will design, demonstrate, and validate observability capabilities in real-world environments, with a focus on pre- and post-sales support.

Internal title is Solutions Architect. You will work across Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver POCs, architecture guidance, and compelling technical demos for both engineers and executives.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry and observability pipelines.
• Hands-on instrumentation and telemetry data ingestion experience.
• Strong DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
• Clear communication to explain complex observability to engineers & execs.
• Ability to create and run demos, architectures, and POCs proving value.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tech.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, performant Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute POCs showcasing Dash0's capabilities.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations for engineering and executives.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to position Dash0 as the tech choice.
• Provide best-practice guidance for observability setup and data modeling.
• Create reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.
• Provide technical insights to influence roadmap and features.
