Job summary

Clera is seeking a technically savvy professional to serve as the bridge between customers and product, owning end-to-end implementations from scoping requirements to production integration. You will troubleshoot, onboard, and roll out solutions across a modern web stack in a fintech setting focused on identity infrastructure.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product and engineering teams, documentation improvements, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as field engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or implementation delivery.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving integration issues in production environments.
• Proficiency with modern web application stacks and APIs (REST, webhooks, or event-driven architectures).
• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with customers to scope technical requirements early in the implementation process.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for integrations, onboarding, and product rollouts.
• Troubleshoot integration issues in production environments and guide customers toward scalable, long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and reduce friction in implementation flows.
• Improve documentation, tooling, and internal processes to make future implementations faster and more repeatable.
