Job summary

Intellectual Capital Resources Ltd is seeking an EU Sales Manager to drive business in the Netherlands and across mainland Europe for cutting-edge RF test and measurement solutions.

You will identify new applications, build relationships with customers and distribution partners, and translate technical challenges into commercial opportunities. This is a fully remote role based in the Netherlands with a highly rewarding uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• RF-focused background with VNAs or RF systems.
• Experience in technical sales, business development or applications engineering.
• Proactive mindset to uncovering new markets and opportunities.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently in a remote role.
• Fluent English; German would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across the Netherlands and mainland Europe.
• Build relationships with customers and distribution partners.
• Identify new applications across medical, materials testing, agriculture and defence.
• Understand customer requirements, define specifications and develop bespoke solutions.
• Drive sales of integrated RF test systems, moving beyond standalone products.
