Electrometric is seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge technical expertise and commercial success in the Dutch market. You will engage engineers, R&D managers and technical specialists, translating challenges into tailored test & measurement solutions.

The role is remote with office visits as needed, offering ownership of your region and a fast-moving, high-tech environment. You will build relationships, manage proposals, quotations and the full sales cycle, and collaborate with application

Qualifications

• Background in electronics, electrical engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in technical sales, account management or business development.
• Preferably knowledge of Test & Measurement products or applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage visits and sales pipeline.
• Experience preparing proposals, quotations and pricing.
• Proactive approach to developing long-term customer relationships.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Translate technical customer needs into suitable solutions, proposals and quotations.
• Manage the full sales process, from first conversation to pricing, quotation, negotiation and follow-up.
• Manage your own sales territory, pipeline and follow-up in a structured way.
• Work closely with application engineers and international manufacturers to find the best technical solution.
• Take ownership of specific product lines and stay updated on technical and market developments.
• Use market insights and competitor activity to decide which sectors to approach next.
