Job summary

IC Resources seeks an EU Sales Manager to drive growth in RF test and measurement solutions across the Netherlands and mainland Europe. The role goes beyond selling equipment, translating technical challenges into commercial opportunities.

You will build relationships with customers and distribution partners, identify new applications in medical, materials testing, agriculture and defence, and develop bespoke solutions based on customer requirements.

Qualifications

• RF test and measurement background
• Experience in technical sales or business development
• Ability to work independently in a remote role
• Fluent English; German a bonus

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across the Netherlands and Europe
• Build relationships with customers and distribution partners
• Identify new applications in medical, materials testing, agriculture and defence
• Understand customer requirements and define specifications for bespoke solutions
• Drive sales of integrated RF test systems beyond standalone products
