Zusammenfassung

ProPharma seeks a Principal Consultant Product Lifecycle to plan, coordinate, and execute complex client projects within a life‑sciences context. You will drive strategies, manage integrations, and act as a central interface to internal and external partners.

The role requires 10–15 years of PM experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, and excellent English. You will oversee cross‑functional teams across multiple departments and ensure adherence to GxP where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in business, science, engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10–15 years of project management experience in life‑sciences environments.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Leads and manages mid‑complexity project types (MA transfers, Technology Transfer, Organic Growth, Divestment, Organisational) with stakeholders.
• Plans, structures, and oversees project activities per recognised PM standards.
• Manages cross‑functional teams across Operations, QA, RA, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and more.
• Owns project planning, milestones, roadmaps, governance deliverables, and budgets.
