Zenith Quality Services Ltd. (ZQS) is expanding its Dutch-speaking customer care team and seeks highly communicative freelancers. As a Freelance Call Center Agent, you will be the first contact for many SMEs, greeting callers, taking back requests, routing calls, and providing information.

You can work 100% from home with flexible hours. We value clear communication, reliability, and the ability to adapt to different processes. A VAT ID and a private workspace are required.

Qualifications

• Dutch is native-level and English skills are strong.
• VAT ID is required.
• You can adapt to different work processes and handle your PC well.
• A dedicated workspace is available and you have reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers' callers in a friendly and competent manner.
• Take down call back requests or route calls to the appropriate person.
• Schedule appointments and take orders.
• Provide information and assist customers as needed.
