Job summary

INSHUR is seeking an Insurance Operations Associate in the Netherlands. You will own broker and customer support, then expand to product launches, reporting, and audits while working fully remote within the Netherlands.

You will collaborate with the Netherlands Director and cross‑functional teams, bridging operations with compliance and partnerships. Fluent Dutch and English are required, with strong insurance knowledge and the ability to adapt in a fast-growing insurtech environment.

Qualifications

• Core Insurance Knowledge: understand anatomy of an insurance policy (conditions, exclusions, schedules).
• Know the difference between an MGA and a broker.
• Fluency in Dutch and English required.
• High agency & autonomy in a scale-up environment.
• Interest in AI as a day-to-day tool and multiplier.

Responsibilities

• Enable Product Launches: assist in rolling out new commercial insurance products and pricing changes.
• Safeguard Compliance: manage complaints register and ensure regulatory timelines.
• Support Strategic Partnerships: prepare materials for partner and capacity provider meetings.
• Temporarily take Front‑Line Operations: own incoming broker and customer inquiries through year end.
• Context Switch Daily: move between broker emails, marketing support, and internal audits.
