Job summary

Mercor is seeking native Dutch speakers to evaluate AI-narrated Dutch audiobooks for the Netherlands market. You will listen like a devoted audiobook fan but with analytical focus to flag narration slips for model improvement.

The role is remote and part-time, about 20 hours per week. You can work from anywhere, preferably in Dutch-speaking regions, and you will collaborate with a small team to provide precise feedback and logging of issues.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (Netherlands).
• Working proficiency in English to report clearly.
• Experience with annotation, labeling, transcription, or proofreading is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Listen to AI-narrated Dutch audiobooks and assess naturalness, accuracy, and enjoyment.
• Log errors such as mispronunciations, skipped or misread words, or abnormal phrasing.
• Mark exact spans of issues using review tooling and categorize them.
• Report on overall listener satisfaction and where narration feels natural vs. breaks.
• Maintain focus and consistency across long listening sessions.
