Job summary

Mercor seeks a native Dutch speaker to evaluate AI-narrated Dutch audiobooks. You will listen as a regular audiobook fan but apply careful, analytical judgment to flag narration slips so models can improve.

This remote, part-time role requires about 20 hours per week. You should be a native Dutch speaker with good English for reporting and comfortable annotating and labeling issues across long listening sessions.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch (Netherlands) speaker/listener with good hearing.
• Some working English to report clearly.
• Experience with annotation, labeling, transcription, proofreading, linguistics or detail-oriented review work.
• Available for ~20 hours per week on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Listen to AI-narrated Dutch audiobooks and assess naturalness, accuracy, and enjoyment.
• Log and categorize errors (skips, additions, mispronunciations, etc.).
• Mark exact spans where issues occur using review tooling.
• Report on overall listener satisfaction and naturalness vs. distraction points.
• Maintain accuracy over long listening sessions.
