Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a DTC eCommerce Operations Manager based in the Netherlands to bring structure and scalability to a fast-growing DTC business. You will own day-to-day operations across supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, customer service, recruitment, and internal operations.

Build systems, workflows, and Notion-based documentation, coordinate with departments and executives, and turn operational challenges into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing operations for a DTC or eCommerce brand.
• Experience creating, implementing, and improving SOPs, workflows, and systems.
• Strong organizational, project management, and process skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proactive, analytical problem-solver who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve day-to-day operations across the organization.
• Design, document, and implement SOPs, workflows, and scalable systems.
• Create and maintain clear processes and documentation using Notion.
• Coordinate supply chain, logistics, 3PL, fulfillment, and customer service operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, priorities, and dependencies.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and onboarding of new employees.
• Ensure teams have tools and access required to perform roles.
• Prepare operational reports and insights for executives.
• Establish ownership and accountability across departments.
• Improve communication and coordination as the business scales.
