Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Digital Trading & Performance Manager based in the Netherlands. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Analytics, Pricing, and Commercial teams, turning data into actionable recommendations to improve marketplace performance and drive sustainable growth.

You will influence senior stakeholders, identify opportunities, and lead initiatives with direct commercial impact in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketplace, ecommerce, or data-driven commercial roles.
• Strong analytical skills to extract actionable insights from complex data.
• Proven ability to translate data into recommendations for growth.
• Excellent stakeholder influence and executive-level communication.
• Familiarity with pricing strategies and growth-focused models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and communicate marketplace health across KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities and emerging risks via data and market intelligence.
• Translate trends into actionable recommendations for strategy and investment.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Pricing, and Commercial teams.
• Prepare executive-level reporting on performance trends and challenges.
