Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Digital and Event Marketing Specialist based in the Netherlands to collaborate with a partner company on growing brand awareness and lead generation.

You will lead partner webinars, in-person events, and strategic content creation for Chinese channels, notably WeChat and Xiaohongshu, while experimenting with AI tools to improve campaign performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Native-like fluency in Chinese (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of Chinese social platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu)
• Experience in marketing via internships, campus orgs, or professional roles
• Familiarity with US college application/admissions process
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events in fast-paced environments
• Understanding of current marketing trends and best practices
• Interest in using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Plan and manage full-cycle marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, measurement, and optimization.
• Experiment with organic and paid channels including content, advertising, social media, publicity, lead-gen campaigns, and events.
• Lead planning and execution of partner webinars, in-person events, presentations, RSVPs, and related activities.
• Research relevant industry expos and networking opportunities, and represent the organization when appropriate.
• Create valuable content for WeChat and other Chinese social channels.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry players and organizations.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, derive insights, and measure progress against goals.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve marketing productivity, content creation, and campaign effectiveness.
