Job summary

ABN AMRO Bank N.V. is seeking an Innovation Manager Digital Assets to identify, assess and develop opportunities in the rapidly evolving Digital Assets landscape.

You will follow developments in tokenisation, blockchain and crypto-assets, contribute to strategy, and research market regulations to drive new products and client propositions. You will collaborate with business, product, tech, legal, risk and operations teams to translate complex topics into actionable recommendations and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant business, financial, technical or economic discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Relevant experience in Digital Assets, blockchain, crypto-assets, financial technology, capital markets, consulting or related field.
• Demonstrable knowledge of tokenisation, blockchain technology, crypto-assets and broader Digital Assets ecosystem.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow developments in tokenisation, blockchain, crypto-assets, stablecoins and digital market infrastructure.
• Contribute to development and execution of ABN AMRO's Digital Assets strategy.
• Research market developments, technologies, regulations and emerging business models.
• Identify opportunities for new products, services and capabilities across the Digital Assets domain.
• Develop business cases, project proposals and investment recommendations.
• Work closely with stakeholders across business, product, technology, legal, risk and operations teams.
• Support development of proofs-of-concept, pilots and new client propositions.
• Build relationships with participants in the Digital Assets ecosystem.
