Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Business Admin, CS or Data Analytics).
• Experience in business analysis and stakeholder management.
• Affinity with technology, data structures, and system integration concepts (APIs, data flows, interfaces).
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable IT solutions.
• Experience or strong interest in system integrations and data migrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or nCino is a plus.
• Self-starter with a critical mindset and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes, data flows, and system landscapes to identify integration needs.
• Translate roadmap features into user stories focusing on integration logic, APIs, and business processes.
• Collaborate with DevOps and integration teams to design robust system interfaces.
• Support migration activities including data validation and testing.
• Contribute to test strategy (integration testing, UAT) for high-quality delivery.
• Create documentation and visuals to clarify integration architectures and migration approaches.
