What You Will Do：

Respond quickly to market issues, make judgments on VHR (Vehicle Health Report) alerts, and provide inspection plans when necessary.

• Respond promptly to market issues, addressing both internal and external inquiries related to intelligent driving systems and platform alerts.
• Perform daily remote diagnostics and root cause analysis, and deliver actionable solutions.
• Collect, track, and follow up on product quality issues identified in the market and recurring platform problems.
• Develop and document expert rules for the platform, and create detailed diagnostic case studies.

What You Need To Have:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major inVehicle Engineering, Automation, Electronics/Information Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in automotive industry, 3+ years of experience in technical support, vehicle maintenance, or remote diagnostics. Experience with New Energy Vehicle (NEV) brands is preferred.
• Familiar with vehicle structure, components, and working principles. Proficient in vehicle system diagnostics and problem-solving.
