Job summary

LatentBridge is seeking a Data Analyst (Snowflake / SQL) to support data analysis, profiling, lineage validation, reporting, and regulatory data initiatives in a remote role. The ideal candidate will work with large Snowflake datasets, analyze source-to-target data flows, validate report and data lineage, identify data quality issues, and support onboarding and maintenance of regulatory reports.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SQL skills including joins, subqueries, CTEs, and data validation queries.
• Experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse.
• Proven data analysis and profiling capabilities; understanding data lineage and flows.
• Experience interpreting BRDs and reporting specs into data requirements.
• Ability to document data mappings, lineage, and governance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data across source systems and transformations using advanced SQL.
• Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and exploratory analysis.
• Validate source-to-target mappings and report-to-source lineage.
• Trace data elements for impact analysis and regulatory reporting.
• Support onboarding of new regulatory reports and data requirements.
• Review data flows to identify lineage gaps and inconsistencies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for data issues and remediation.
• Develop SQL queries and analytical outputs for investigations and governance.
• Create dashboards and metrics to communicate data quality and reporting results.
• Support audit, risk, compliance, and regulatory activities with data validation.
