Job summary

IFF is seeking a Data Analyst – Demand Planning to transform data into insights, improving forecast accuracy and planning maturity. You will work with global stakeholders across Demand Planning, Commercial, Supply Planning, Finance, and IT, delivering analytics, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role supports a fully remote working model and offers exposure to global transformation projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related analytical discipline.
Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Reporting, BI, or related field.
Strong experience with large datasets, reporting solutions, and performance measurement frameworks.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience using Power BI or similar BI and data visualization tools.
Knowledge of data analysis, dashboard development, reporting automation, and performance management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for diverse stakeholders.
Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze demand planning performance indicators, including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Forecast Value Add, and other planning metrics.
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, reports, and performance monitoring solutions for business reviews and decision-making.
Perform root cause analysis on forecast deviations, planning gaps, and operational performance issues to identify improvements.
Analyze demand patterns, customer trends, product performance, and key business drivers to generate actionable insights.
Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Support monthly Demand Review and business review processes through data-driven recommendations and reporting.
Partner with planners, commercial teams, finance, supply planning, and technology on reporting, analytics, and initiatives.
Contribute to planning transformations, new capability deployments, process improvements, testing, and adoption.
Document reporting methodologies, KPI definitions, governance standards, and analytical processes.
