Job summary

ARC’TERYX in Amsterdam seeks a Manager, Demand Planning - EMEA to own the forecast that links business strategy to operational plans across channels. You will lead the Demand Review in the IBP forum, align forecasts with the Merchandise Financial Plan targets, and reconcile top‑down targets with bottom‑up SKU plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting or Merchandise Planning.
  • Experience with statistical forecasting and demand planning across DTC channels.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Understanding of KPIs like sell-through, traffic, conversion, AUR, UPT, inventory turns.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
  • Proven people management skills and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the regional demand planning process and consensus demand plan across 0–18 months.
  • Leading the Demand Review in the monthly IBP forum.
  • Aligning forecasts with merchandise financial plan targets and inventory constraints.
  • Establishing governance of demand planning processes and communication.
  • Improving forecast accuracy through root cause analysis and tool optimization.
  • Leading, developing, and building capability within the regional demand planning team.
  • Building a scalable demand planning capability as DTC and Wholesale footprint grows.
  • Shaping how demand planning tools and systems develop for a connected capability.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
