Job summary

IFF seeks a Data Analyst – Demand Planning to transform data into insights that improve forecast accuracy and planning maturity. You will partner with Demand Planning, Commercial, Finance, IT, and external stakeholders in a fully remote setup to deliver meaningful analytics and performance reporting.

You will develop dashboards, monitor KPI like forecast accuracy, biases, and value add, perform root cause analysis, and support monthly Demand Reviews as part of a global planning team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant analytical discipline.
• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Analytics, or BI.
• Strong data handling skills, large datasets, and reporting frameworks.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor demand planning performance indicators and forecasting metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and monitoring solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis on forecast deviations and planning gaps.
• Analyze demand patterns, customer trends, and business drivers for insights.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure data integrity.
• Support monthly Demand Review and business reviews with data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with planners, commercial, finance, supply planning and IT on reporting initiatives.
• Contribute to planning transformations, new capabilities, and process improvements.
• Document reporting methodologies, KPI definitions and governance standards.
