EcomTraffic seeks a CRO Lead to own the conversion-rate-optimisation strategy for Shopify brands, guiding experiments from idea to launch.

You’ll collaborate with researchers, designers, and developers, leading client calls and translating insights into actionable roadmaps. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong communication, and independent ownership in a 100% remote setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce CRO and A/B testing.
• Strong understanding of customer psychology and funnel analytics.
• Solid grasp of testing statistics and result interpretation.
• Excellent client communication and project ownership.
• Experience with Shopify, GA4, Clarity and Intelligems.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO strategy and testing roadmap for clients.
• Turn research and funnel data into prioritized hypotheses.
• Brief designers and developers on experiments, landing pages, and improvements.
• Lead client calls, present ideas, and guide decisions with confidence.
• Work with operations to keep feedback, approvals, and test launches moving.
• Evaluate experiments and turn learnings into the next opportunity.
