KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across sites, landing pages, funnels and upsells. You will set strategy, build backlogs, brief and QA tests, launch them and ship winners in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

You will drive significant test programs with Intelligems, AfterSell, and Shopify analytics, delivering measurable lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor across both brands.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on Intelligems experience and testing paid acquisition funnels.
• Proven data-backed results lifting CVR, AOV or RPV.

Responsabilités

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands and rank by impact.
• Build, test and launch paid‑acquisition funnels and on‑site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly and ship the winners.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and run the CRO & Funnels meeting.
• Manage CRO agency and decide when to move work in‑house.
