Job summary

Eye Security, headquartered in the Netherlands, is seeking a Staff Cyber Security Specialist (f/m/x) to strengthen Incident Response and Security Operations within a product-driven MDR organization serving Europe-wide customers.

You will lead investigations end-to-end, mentor teammates, and collaborate with stakeholders including legal, regulators, and clients to improve incident response capabilities. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cybersecurity experience with hands-on IR/DFIR/Security Operations.
• Ability to independently lead cybersecurity incidents end-to-end.
• Strong communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber incident response engagements from intake through recovery.
• Act as technical lead during investigations and coordinate response activities.
• Conduct forensic investigations to determine attack scope, root cause, and impact.
• Mentor junior and medior responders to raise team maturity.
