Placed is seeking a Contracts Attorney to lead commercial contract drafting and negotiation in a remote role focused on the Netherlands.

The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer agreements (MSAs, DPAs, order forms) and oversee vendor and partnership procurement. Collaboration with sales, procurement and security teams will drive deal velocity while tracking contract risk.

Qualifications

• JD with active bar admission in the jurisdiction.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial contracts, in law firm or in-house.
• Experience with SaaS, vendor, and partnership agreements.
• Knowledge of data protection, IP, and indemnity issues.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end drafting and negotiation of customer agreements (MSAs, DPAs, order forms).
• Manage vendor and partnership procurement aspects.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement and security teams to drive deal velocity.
• Monitor contract risk and trends in contract exceptions.
