Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in the Netherlands
• Experience in compliance for financial services preferred
• Experience with post-closing transfers of interest

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure adherence to contractual requirements and deadlines.
• Provide guidance to internal teams regarding SRS Acquiom’s responsibilities under various transactional agreements, including contract analysis and monitoring of critical dates.
• Support stakeholders in deal-related transactions, particularly during issue escalation.
• Respond to questions from internal teams concerning deal terms and contract interpretation.
• Conduct legal review for post-closing transfers of interest, including examination
