We are seeking heads of care delivery with 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign to create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign with direct ownership of throughput/work
• Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or patient throughput models used to brief hospital executives or health system leadership
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as patient throughput models and service line performance
• Train and guide the model on professional documents and datasets to improve outputs
• Collaborate with health-system leaders to ensure outputs support decision making and policy development
