Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Sales Operations professional to drive bid management, contract administration, and pre-sales activities across Europe. You will develop compelling proposals, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain CRM records to enable data-driven decisions.

A focus on Power BI and Salesforce will enhance forecasting and performance insights. With about 2 years of relevant experience, you will work in a dynamic, international environment, contributing to standardization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2 years of experience in contract management, bid preparation, or a similar sales operations role.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid and proposal management, contract administration, negotiation, and sales operations support.
• Structure and prepare comprehensive proposals, bid documents, and responses to tenders with accuracy and compliance.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with external customers to align with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of bids, proposals, and contracts in the CRM system and analyze key metrics.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within sales operations to increase efficiency.
