Job summary

Foxelli Group is seeking a Churn Specialist to understand customer needs, identify dropout moments, and drive retention across multiple brands. You will transform data into actionable initiatives and own hypotheses from discovery to results.

The role is 100% remote, with long-term focus on lifecycle optimisation, onboarding improvements, and AI-driven automation to scale retention efforts across crafts such as knitting, crochet, and quilting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct churn experience with physical products.
• Ability to diagnose root causes, not just report trends.
• Strong data skills: cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and A/B results.
• Hands-on in onboarding optimisation, or CRO, and building automations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse churn patterns across FOXELLI brands and identify at-risk segments.
• Audit the customer lifecycle and own onboarding improvements.
• Develop hypotheses and run retention experiments (lifecycle emails, win-back).
• Build scalable automations and use AI to generate insights and copy.
