Job summary

Kaizo Nederland is seeking an ambitious BDR to own the top of the funnel. You will research accounts, make cold calls, and craft outreach that doesn’t read as outreach, turning cold companies into warm meetings for our Account Executives.

This entry-level role requires resilience, curiosity, and a drive to learn B2B sales from experienced closers. You will build and manage multichannel outreach across e-commerce, fintech, gaming, SaaS, and BPO sectors, with a focus on Amsterdam or remote Europe.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years in sales, business development, or another customer-facing role.
• CRM experience; HubSpot is a bonus.
• Experience with SaaS or startups as employee, intern, or curious user.
• Comfortable making cold calls and upbeat through rejection.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Coachable, curious, organised.
• Based in Amsterdam, or remotely in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into support, operations, and QA leaders at companies using Zendesk or Salesforce.
• Run multichannel outbound: cold calls, personalised emails, LinkedIn outreach.
• Build and enrich target account lists with Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Qualify inbound from demos, support tickets and website visits, and respond fast.
• Book and prep qualified meetings for AEs, then follow the deal after handoff.
• Keep HubSpot clean; log activity and track funnel.
• Share market feedback with marketing and product.
