Lever, Inc. seeks an Automation QA Lead (Betting) to own QA strategy, processes, and automation across the SDLC in a remote European setup.
You will shape an AI-first, quality-driven engineering environment for sports betting platforms, mentoring QA professionals and establishing scalable testing practices. You will lead automated testing, align with DevOps, promote shift-left testing, and drive continuous improvement across projects while partnering with development, product, and operations
Formación
- Proven experience in a QA leadership or senior QA role with automation focus.
- Strong programming and scripting skills, preferably C#.
- Hands-on in CI/CD integration and automated testing across SDLC.
Responsabilidades
- Define and implement automated testing strategies for functional, integration, and performance testing.
- Lead design and maintenance of test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and faster feedback.
- Monitor automation coverage and quality metrics; report to stakeholders.
- Embed QA practices in Agile ceremonies and collaborate across teams.
