Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field.
• Knowledge of enterprise risk and analytics platforms.
• Fluent with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with advanced spreadsheet formulas or SQL.
• Ability to present topics clearly.
• Self-motivated with action orientation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work under direction while collaborating with peers.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of contracted services to customers.
• Review discovery sessions to understand business needs and clarify uncertainties.
• Replicate standardized solution designs that achieve outcomes within the Workiva Platform.
• Interact with customers, contributing to the delivery of standardized solutions.
• Develop knowledge of financial, risk, or operational reporting on the Workiva platform.
• Collaborate under guidance while growing independence.
