Workiva seeks a Solutions Architect to translate complex client needs into tailored solutions on the Workiva Platform, collaborating with clients and partners to drive value.

You will lead discovery sessions, architect designs, and mentor peers while ensuring successful deployment and ongoing product evolution. Travel up to 25% is required. A customer-focused mindset and SaaS experience are highly valued.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• 4 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field.

What You’ll Do

Minimum Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience

• 4years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise risk, financial planning or analytics & reporting solutions and their related technology platforms
• Hands‑on experience within the Workiva platform, other SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures preferred
• Consultant level at a services company or public accounting preferred
• Self‑motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement
• Ability to influence and drive change in business processes
• A strong individual contributor with intellectual curiosity to positively impact the ability to manage multiple services
• Enhanced technology knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications
• Familiarity with any of the following: SQL, JSON, R we embrace flexible work arrangements

Summary

The Solution Architect Sets up and installs technical systems, applications or process designs for client's purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions. Works directly with client to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation and train or coordinate training for client users. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documentation technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution. Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements. May work directly with clients on‑site or provide installation support remotely. Incumbents who are both designing and implementing technical systems, applications, and process designs to meet client business specifications should be matched to Systems Integration Consulting(PS.PSSI). Incumbents who are responsible for providing complete professional service support for a client or clients, including the identification and development of solutions, design of systems, applications and processes, and delivery to clients, should be matched to Professional Services Consulting (PS.PSPS). Incumbents who are coordinating all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation should be matched to Project Management (Client Services) (PS.PMPM).
