Jobgether seeks an AI Support Operations Specialist in a fully remote, international setup. Based in Netherlands, you will own an AI-powered customer support agent, improve its accuracy, and ensure smooth human handoffs.

You will work across Product, Engineering, and Compliance to deliver reliable, empathetic customer experiences. Key focus areas include optimizing AI performance, maintaining knowledge, analyzing data, and testing innovations while staying ahead of new Intercom features.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Intercom Fin with measurable results.
• Clear, accurate and empathetic customer-facing writing.
• Analytical with data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to discuss integrations and configurations with engineering teams.
• Interest in AI-powered support technologies.

Responsibilities

• Optimize AI support performance and escalation decisions.
• Maintain accurate knowledge for AI responses.
• Analyze performance to identify root causes and improvements.
• Test and measure enhancements before and after changes.
• Configure AI behavior and workflows within Intercom Fin.
• Improve human handoffs to agents when needed.
• Expand AI capabilities across products and journeys.
• Monitor new AI tech and run experiments.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and knowledge owners.
• Communicate results to leadership and track improvements.
