Job summary

Ethos, a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind-backed expert network, seeks experienced creative leads to train AI language models on professional presentations and slide decks. You will help create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across core workflows: creative presentation decks, concept boards, campaign narratives, design rationale slides, and visual storytelling for client and executive audiences.

We offer flexible, 5-20 hours per week with an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a creative lead at a recognized agency or in-house studio.
• Portfolio of creative presentations that sold work to clients or executives.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
