Job summary

Ethos is seeking a freelance slide-deck designer to build strategy decks and executive presentations for AI model training. The role requires 5+ years of client-facing deck design, a strong portfolio, and exceptional PowerPoint skills. You will work as an independent consultant on a remote, flexible schedule.

Compensation is $80/hour with a commitment of 5-20 hours per week (or more). Start date is ASAP. Prior consulting or banking background is preferred, and exceptional written communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional deck-building experience, ideally with consulting or banking background.
• A portfolio of client presentations delivered as a slide deck designer.
• Expert-level PowerPoint craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for clients.
• Build full-deck structures from blank pages and lead storyline workshops.
• Rewrite executive summaries and prep investor/board materials.
